Delete your Smile Stack game account and associated data
BitPacha provides an in-app deletion option and an email request option. You do not need to reinstall the game to request deletion.
IN THE GAME
Open Smile Stack → Settings → Privacy Settings → Delete Game Account. Read the confirmation and confirm deletion. The app sends the request for its anonymous account. If the network is unavailable, the app keeps a deletion receipt and retries the request; you can reopen the deletion screen to check its status. The app does not treat an unconfirmed request as completed.
WITHOUT THE GAME
Email privacy@bitpacha.com with the subject “Smile Stack account or data deletion”. State whether you want the full game account deleted or have a request about specific data. If available, include your game account ID or deletion receipt. An App Store or Google Play order ID can help identify purchase-related records. We may ask for information to verify the account. Do not send passwords, verification codes, or payment-card details.
WHAT IS DELETED
After confirmed deletion, we delete the anonymous Firebase authentication identity, its ticket wallet and game service records, and associated advertising reward and revive history. The app also clears its local scores, settings, support ID, and saved authentication credentials, including their local backup copies. Paid and advertising tickets are lost. Deleting an account does not refund purchases.
WHAT MAY BE RETAINED
To prevent a consumed purchase from being redeemed again, we retain minimal hashed transaction identifiers with store, product, deletion, and refund status. These records do not retain the deleted account's ownership ID, order details, or timestamps. A completed server deletion receipt and temporary deletion marker are removed after seven days. Provider operational logs and support correspondence are handled separately. Apple and Google manage their own store accounts, payment records, and leaderboards.
A valid Remove Ads purchase may be restored with the same store account after starting a new guest account. If you need help, email privacy@bitpacha.com. For general game support, use support@bitpacha.com.
