BitPacha operates Smile Stack. This policy explains how the game, its service providers, and optional features process information. Privacy questions: privacy@bitpacha.com.
GAME SAVES AND ONLINE SERVICES
Smile Stack stores settings, scores, selected cube expressions and colors, and other progress on your device. It uses Firebase Authentication to create an anonymous game account without asking for your name, email address, or password. Authentication credentials are stored on your device to access the account's server records.
Our Firebase and Google Cloud services process the anonymous account identifier, paid and advertising ticket balances, advertising reward and revive events, purchase entitlements, and transaction timestamps. We use these records to maintain balances, verify rewards and purchases, prevent duplicate grants, and investigate errors or abuse. Service providers also process technical request information such as IP addresses and operational logs to run and secure the services.
An anonymous identifier still connects game records. Uninstalling the app or clearing local scores does not automatically delete server records. Connecting a leaderboard account does not automatically back up or link the anonymous ticket wallet.
PURCHASES
Apple App Store or Google Play processes payments. BitPacha does not receive payment-card details. The game sends purchase tokens or transaction identifiers and product information to our verification service. We verify purchases with the relevant store and keep purchase records such as order or hashed transaction identifiers, product and quantity, purchase status and time, granted tickets or entitlements, and refund-related records. Apple verification may also provide storefront, currency, and price information.
ADVERTISING AND PRIVACY CHOICES
The game uses Google AdMob and Google's User Messaging Platform. Depending on device settings, consent, and the ad request, the advertising SDK may process IP addresses and approximate location, device or advertising identifiers, ad views and interactions, and diagnostic and performance information for ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention, and service improvement.
For rewarded-ad verification, the game supplies its anonymous Firebase account identifier and a reward-event identifier to AdMob. A signed reward callback can then be associated with the correct game account. Our server keeps reward and verification records to prevent duplicate grants and investigate errors.
On iOS, when the system permits a tracking request, the game explains the choice and asks through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt. If allowed, the advertising identifier can be shared with Google AdMob for personalized advertising and measurement across apps and websites. You can decline and continue playing. You can later change this permission in device settings.
Where the consent service offers privacy choices, you can reopen them from the game's Settings privacy menu. You can also manage advertising and tracking permissions in device settings. Rewarded ads are optional. The banner-removal purchase removes banner ads; it does not erase previously processed information. Google's privacy information: https://policies.google.com/privacy and https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads.
OPTIONAL LEADERBOARDS
If you connect Apple Game Center or Google Play Games, that service processes your game profile and scores under its own settings and privacy policy. The game may access the service's player identifier and display name and submit scores to show your ranking. Your profile and scores may be visible to other players through that service. Core gameplay does not require a leaderboard account.
SUPPORT AND EXTERNAL LINKS
If you email BitPacha, we receive your email address, message, and any details you choose to include. The game's prepared support message includes a support ID, app version, platform, device model, and locale. You can review or remove these details before sending. Copy Support Info puts the text on your clipboard; it does not send an email. External sites are governed by their own privacy policies.
PROVIDERS, RETENTION, AND DATA REQUESTS
We use Google Firebase and Google Cloud for authentication, game records, and verification; Google AdMob for advertising; and Apple and Google services for purchases and leaderboards. Providers may process information outside your country. More information: https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy and https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/.
Game and purchase records are retained while the game account is active to maintain entitlements, prevent duplicate transactions, resolve support requests, and handle fraud or refunds. Active accounts are not automatically deleted after a fixed period.
DELETE YOUR GAME ACCOUNT
In Smile Stack, open Settings → Privacy Settings → Delete Game Account. After confirmation, the service deletes the anonymous authentication identity, its wallet and game service records, and associated reward and revive history. When the server confirms completion, the game clears local scores, settings, support ID, and saved authentication credentials, including local backup copies. Paid and advertising tickets are lost; account deletion does not provide a purchase refund. A valid Remove Ads purchase can be restored using the same store account.
The game saves a deletion receipt before sending the request so you can check status after restarting or losing your connection. Delayed requests are retried every 15 minutes. Pending requests remain queued until processed. A completed server receipt and temporary deletion marker are removed after seven days; the game retains its local receipt until you explicitly start a new guest account. It will not report a missing or expired receipt as confirmed deletion. If confirmation is unavailable, the screen offers another check and a support email.
To prevent consumed purchases from being redeemed again, we retain minimal hashed transaction identifiers with store, product, deletion, and refund status, without the deleted account's ownership ID, order details, or timestamps. Apple and Google manage their own store accounts, payment records, and leaderboards. Provider operational logs and support correspondence follow their separate retention practices.
For access, correction, deletion help, or other privacy requests, email privacy@bitpacha.com. An in-game deletion email may include the saved receipt and game account ID; you can review or remove those details before sending. We may need information to identify the relevant records and verify your request. You can also use the Delete Account page on this site if you no longer have the app.
CHILDREN AND POLICY CHANGES
The game does not ask players to enter a name or email address to play, but the automatic processing described above still occurs. If you believe a child has provided information that should be removed, contact privacy@bitpacha.com. Changes to this policy will be posted here with a new update date.
