Loafy Cats: Tower Privacy Policy

BitPacha operates Loafy Cats: Tower ("Loafy Cats"). This policy explains the information the game handles and the choices available to you. Features can differ by app version. The current development build stores game data on your device; it does not yet connect to AdMob, store billing, or an online game account. The advertising and purchase sections describe features planned for a store release. We will update this policy and the store privacy disclosures before enabling those services.

Game data saved on your device

Loafy Cats saves best and recent scores, sound and vibration preferences, language, selected cat set, ticket balance, and the Remove Ads setting in local app storage. This lets the game remember your progress and choices. The current development build does not sync these records to another device. "Reset Local Records" in Settings removes best and recent scores only. It does not remove settings, tickets, or the Remove Ads setting. Clearing the app's storage or uninstalling the app removes locally stored data, subject to your device's backup settings.

Accounts and online game services

The current build does not create a Loafy Cats account, connect a leaderboard, or upload gameplay records to a BitPacha server. There is no Loafy Cats account to delete in this build. If we add account creation, cloud saves, or leaderboards, we will explain the information they handle and provide applicable account deletion options before release.

In-app purchases

When purchases are enabled, Apple App Store or Google Play will process payment. BitPacha will not receive your full payment-card details. To grant and restore eligible purchases, the game may process product identifiers, purchase tokens or transaction identifiers, purchase status, and transaction times, and may verify them with the relevant store. We may keep the records needed to maintain entitlements, prevent duplicate grants, handle refunds or disputes, and meet legal obligations. Remove Ads is intended as a permanent purchase that can be restored with the same store account after billing is connected. Tickets are consumable: spent tickets are not automatically restored from store purchase history. The current build's purchase controls only change local game data and do not charge a store account or perform a store restore.

Advertising and privacy choices

When ads are enabled, Loafy Cats will use Google AdMob for banner ads and optional rewarded ads. A completed rewarded ad is intended to grant one ticket; one ticket can be exchanged for three hearts in the game. There is no ad reward for revival and no revival feature in Loafy Cats. Removing banner ads will not disable optional rewarded ads. Depending on your device, region, privacy choices, and the ad request, Google and its advertising partners may process IP address, approximate location, device or advertising identifiers, ad views and interactions, and diagnostic or performance data to deliver and measure ads, prevent fraud, and provide the service. If server-side reward verification is added, the game may also send an account or reward-event identifier to credit a reward once.

On iOS, a version that requests permission to track across other companies' apps and websites will use Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt. You can decline that request and continue playing. Where Google offers consent or privacy options, the game will provide access to those choices. You can also manage ad and tracking permissions in device settings. Support and external links

If you choose Email Support in the game, your email app opens a draft addressed to support@bitpacha.com. The draft includes the device model and app version; you can review, edit, or delete those details before sending. If you send the email, BitPacha receives your email address, message, and any details you include. The Instagram button opens https://www.instagram.com/bitpacha/ outside the game. External services follow their own privacy policies.

Sharing, retention, and deletion

We use service providers for the purposes described above, including Google for AdMob and Apple or Google for store purchases when those features are enabled. These providers may process information outside your country. We do not sell your support email or local game records. Local data remains until you reset the relevant records, clear app storage, or uninstall, subject to device backups. If purchases or accounts are enabled, we will retain the minimum records needed to provide the service, maintain entitlements, prevent duplicate transactions, investigate errors or fraud, handle refunds, and meet legal obligations. We will delete or de-identify records when they are no longer needed for those purposes. Store operators retain their own payment and account records under their policies.

For privacy requests or help removing information you sent to BitPacha, email privacy@bitpacha.com. If a future version creates game accounts, we will provide an in-app account deletion option and a public web request route before releasing that version. Deleting a game account would not cancel or refund a store transaction.

Children and updates

Loafy Cats does not ask players to enter a name or email address to play. If you believe a child has shared information that should be removed, contact privacy@bitpacha.com. We will post changes to this policy on this page and update the date above.
